Order of Preachers

                           Welcome

Welcome to the web presence of the  Traditional Anglican Order of Preachers.  Dominicans have played an important place in the life of Anglicans since they first came to England on Aug 5th 1251.  The same day that St. Dominic Died.

The Dominican apostolate of preaching and specifically preaching against heresy is needed more among Anglicans today than it was when St. Dominic founded the order in the thirteenth century.

We hope you enjoy your virtual visit, and we hope you will remember the work and members of the Order in your prayers.

If you feel that God is leading you to a religious vocation, please visit our Vocations page to find out more about the Anglican Dominican's and our life.  If you are not called to religious life but would like to participate in our work, please visit the Associates page.
